Residential school
Our residential school program provides a structured therapeutic environment and accredited school program for girls exhibiting a wide range of risky behaviors. Our programs are highly effective at helping girls experience success at home, at school, with their friends and with their families. Each year, approximately 80% of our residents successfully complete their treatment and return to their families and communities.
We have a 3:1 student to staff ratio, which allows us to give each student a rich level of individual attention. Our staff receive ongoing training that allows them to stay at the top of their fields and achieve success with girls, even those who have been unsuccessful in other placements.
Our residential school program features:
- Innovative clinical services using cognitive behavioral methods.
- Individual and family therapy and a wide variety of specialized group therapies.
- Year round education programs aligned with the Massachusetts curriculum frameworks, with class sizes of no more than ten students.
- In-home and onsite family coaching, as well as other family supports.
- Board-certified child psychiatrists, on-site nursing staff, and medical services backed up by Boston Children’s Hospital.
- Comprehensive activity programming both on and off campus, including sports, arts, music and drama.
- Custom designed treatment centers equipped with single and double bedrooms, kitchen and dining facilities, lounges, classrooms, staff offices, and recreation space.
